I founded Bottomline Bookkeeping in 1995. I have over 25 years bookkeeping experience and have numerous satisfied clients. I am proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Word and have also worked on Deltek, MAS90 and Businessworks software. I have strong general ledger experience and work closely with CPA’s to have the company’s books ready for tax preparation at the end of the year. I enjoy providing quality bookkeeping services to my clients and helping to keep them organized. I have always liked keeping things in order. Being organized not only makes me peaceful, it really makes me happy!

Eileen Kaiel has over 25 years of bookkeeping experience. She has worked for a variety of industries and has previously worked as a tax preparer for several CPA firms. She has worked as an in-house bookkeeper as well as an independent bookkeeper. She got her start as a bookkeeper in the insurance industry back in 1990.
Eileen was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She married her high school sweetheart in 1985 and they have raised two wonderful boys together in Happy Valley, Oregon. Her husband is now retired from the Portland fire department. Her son Jackson is a CPA in Portland and Nate is a firefighter for the City of Tacoma. Eileen spends her free time swimming, hanging out with family and friends and volunteering in her community.
